Registration Requirements

Deposits

phslot8 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phslot8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. phslot8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phslot8 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

phslot8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phslot8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, phslot8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phslot8's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phslot8 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phslot8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Suspected problem gambling behaviour where intervention is deemed necessary;
• Regulatory or legal requirements;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
